- Max-Redline does NOT recommend or support any Road/Street Usage of these products, nor liable for any issues might result from such usage of these products on Road/Street condition
- Any Modifications to your vehicle Are AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- You Should Also Contact Your Car's Manufacturer to Determine What Effects Modifications May Have on Your Safety, and Vehicle Warranty for installing these aftermarket products.
- In all circumstances, Max-Redline's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Max-Redline shall NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Max-Redline shall NOT be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of services, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Max-Redline is apprised of the possibility of such claims of damage.

- Product Warranties
Products sold by Max-Redline.com are covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Max-Redline.com assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products.
- Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Max-Redline.com offers a 15-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. However, all returns must meet the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requirements which defined below.
- RMA Policy
Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 15-day guarantee return period for the product. Please use this link to download RMA form. The RMA form must be filled out and email to sales@Max-Redline.com. Max-Redline.com will issue a RMA number once the RMA form is received and approved. Max-Redline.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by Max-Redline.com. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Max-Redline.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will include the following:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
- Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
- All accessories.
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
For Refund Returns, Max-Redline.com will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Max-Redline.com will assess a 20% restocking fee against the Customer's account. All merchandise unless otherwise indicated must be returned within 15 days from the original invoice date for a refund.
- Shipping Damage
It is possible that products may be damaged during shipping processes. Please open and inspect your package for physical damage immediately before you let the driver go. Report all physical damage to the driver, and have them clearly mark the Bill of Lading (shipping invoice) before signing.
Visible shipping damage must be reported immediately. Max-Redline.com will not be held responsible for any damages reported after 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within California. All orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate.
- Trademarks & Logo
All trademarks and logos used in this site are properties of their respective companies; they are used for demonstration of reproduction capabilities only.
